We ship from the United States and currently only deliver within the U.S.—but we’re working on expanding worldwide.

We ship through USPS
• Standard (Ground Advantage) : 3–7 business days
• Priority Mail : 2–5 business days if you need it sooner -
Buyer are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave your package in a safe location. We recommend checking around your home and with your neighbors or building management to see if they’ve received the package on your behalf.
Please also take a moment to double-check the shipping address in your order confirmation email to make sure everything is correct.
Occasionally, packages may be marked as delivered but can take a little extra time to arrive. If you’re still unable to find your package after 48 hours, we suggest reaching out to the carrier directly for more information.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot issue refunds or replacements once an order has been marked as delivered. Please note that after your package is handed over to the postal service, it is beyond our control.

We’re so sorry if your item arrived damaged. Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can help make it right.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please note that reshipping will require repayment of the shipping fees. To avoid delays, kindly double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We will reconfirm your address with you before reshipping to ensure it does not get returned a second time.

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we accept returns if the affected product is eligible and returned within 7 days of receiving it. You are responsible for paying the return shipping fee. If you opt for a return, please note that your original shipping fee is not refundable.
To qualify for a return:• Item type must be eligible for a return
• Items must be in their original condition
• Items returned must be in all original packaging
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned

If you ordered the wrong item, color, or size, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request a correction or cancellation. We DO NOT accept correction or cancellations after 12-hour window has expired. If your order has already been processed or shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be changed or canceled under any circumstances.
